Analysis
We perform a structured gap analysis of your existing systems against your business requirements. Process Mapping & Pain Points Analysis
We frequently do deep process mapping exercises, where our business analysts document your current processes – often by shadowing users and facilitating workshops. We identify pain points, inefficiencies, and root causes in these processes.
